With over a decade of experience working in factual TV I aim to tell a great story that will keep audiences entertained, informed and engaged, with emotion and real characters at the heart of everything I do.
As a series producer/director and edit producer I’ve brought brand-new BBC formats including Amy Dowden’s Dare To Dance and Carol Vorderman: Closer To Home to life. I’ve produced, directed and edit produced on a wide range of projects from ambitious social experiment The Simpler Life for Channel 4, authored BBC Three doc Hayley Goes…, living history series Back In Time for BBC Two, topical features for BBC One’s Countryfile, high volume antiques format Flog It! and BBC Four arts series Timeshift.

EDIT-PRODUCING – crafting compelling stories in the edit, combining multi-camera shoots, presenter led actuality, lengthy master interviews, and specialist archive. Experience working across multiple edits simultaneously, delivering to tight deadlines, and all aspects of finishing post inc. grade and online/voice over record/dub and final mix
SCRIPTING – across a variety of subject matter and for a range of channels and audiences, from VTs to returning formats, original 60-minute docs, living history and brand-new series

ARCHIVE & LOCATION SOURCING – working with specialist archive footage and securing a wide variety of locations from stately homes, castles to military bases, working farms, abattoirs, landfill sites to private premises
